Rippleffect's Cow Island Girls Adventure
Aug 11-15, Age 13-15

Join us for a 5 day sea kayaking adventure. This all girl's adventure includes the same activities as our classic Cow Island Intro. While the main focus is sea kayaking we will explore many adventures that include Yoga, jewelry making, drumming and a exhilarating ride down our 400ft zip line. We will explore personal and group challenges from a female perspective. You will leave this course not only with a greater sense of the outdoors but also with newfound strength and pride in yourself.

You will have the opportunity to work with our senior female kayaking instructors and group leaders who are healthy role models and offer unique understanding on what it means to be a female adventurer.

Rippleffects Cow Island Girls Adventure objectives are:

• Experience physical challenges and success
• Help develop their inner voice to express themselves creativity
• Help girls discover strength and talent through range of verbal, physical activities
• Celebrate girls' diverse identities
• Cultivate a sense of stewardship for nature and the environment.
• Practice group decision making and problem solving in a supportive environment
