Rippleffect and Boys to Men are proud to offer 21 boys the opportunity to learn what it means to be a 'Real' man. Boys to Men is a three part program designed for young men age 13-17. We believe that many young men without a proven record of leadership have what it takes to be a leader in their neighborhood, in their school, and among their peers.

Rippleffect and Boys to Men are offering a year long program
to 21 boys, asking only their commitment to stick the program
through to completion. In return, we would like to offer you
a chance to:

• Connect with others from diverse backgrounds.
• Connect with Community Leaders who are changing our
  world.
• Explore what Leadership means through exercises and adventures involving discussion groups, sea kayak journeys, challenge course and expeditions.

Program Dates will occur in 3 phases:

• July 23-27 Week on Cow Island
• August 10, 23, 28 Day Long Workshops
• September – June. One after-school meeting per week.
