Rippleffect believes that hands-on education in outdoor classrooms is fundamental to the healthy development of citizens and communities. We are a passionate group of educators who believe that the supplementation of experiential education into more traditional educational models offers students a more diverse, more fun, and ultimately more comprehensive educational experience. Rippleffect employs up to 30 exceptional seasonal staff each year. Our staff have decades of expertise in leadership training, experiential education and adventure recreation. All of our guide staff are Wilderness First Aid certified and trained sea kayak guides. For our youth programs, we supply a ratio of one guide per seven students.” Read more >
